Summary
Prior to attending law school, Courtney Schlieter worked for several Members of the U.S. House of Representatives, including Virginia Rep. Frank Wolf. Ms. Schlieter worked full time for Rep. Wolf while attending law school in the evenings at George Mason University. In 2006, she graduated from George Mason University. After passing the bar exam, Ms. Schlieter went to work for the U.S. Department of Justice where she handled legislative affairs. In July 2011, Ms. Schlieter joined Rich Rosenthal Brincefield Manitta Dzubin & Kroeger, LLP, as a litigation associate.
Ms. Schlieter was born in Pasadena, CA and graduated from Maranatha High School then in Sierra Madre, CA. She moved to the Washington, D.C. area shortly after graduating college. She intended to move back to the west coast until she got married and attended law school in northern Virginia.
Ms. Schlieter lives with her family in Alexandria.
